“Cahan” LLC

The main goal of establishment and activity of “Cahan” LLC is to acquire the income gained from the activity of the enterprise, to provide economic interests of the founders and employees besides the demands of foreign and local, natural and legal persons.

For this reason, 200 stores were built and put into use of the entrepreneurs in 24 square m area in and around of the main building of trading Centre. After a while 100 grocery stands, 122 clothing stores and 32 shops were built and put into use taking into consideration demand of the people. The rapid development of economy of the Autonomous Republic has made the enlargement of the trading centre inevitable and the construction of new “B” block has been started. 298 stores were leased to the tenants in that block.

10 stores and 37 modern shops were built and put into use of the entrepreneurs in and around the main building of the trading centre. In order to increase the level of catering service for the people four cafeterias, the total area of which is 720 square meters were equipped with the most modern appliances and put into service of the people.

In the course of time the construction of “C” block with additional 198 stores was completed and it was put into the use of entrepreneurs and the people.

The operation of ventilation system at full speed in the main building was provided; fresh and cool weather supply of the building in the hot summer days was restored.

Facing of the newly built stores with stones around that block has changed the appearance of the main building a lot and made it more magnificent. Insulation cover of the building roof was renewed.
