
The 114th session of the International Labour Conference is being held in Geneva with the participation of government representatives and social partners from member states of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
As part of Azerbaijan’s official delegation, the event is attended by the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, Anar Aliyev; the President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mammad Musayev; the Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation, Sahib Mammadov; as well as the Vice President of the Azerbaijan Confederation of Entrepreneurs and Chairman of the Nakhchivan Confederation of Entrepreneurs, Vugar Abbasov.
The session agenda includes presentations by the ILO Director-General and the Chair of the Governing Body, consideration of reports and information on the implementation of conventions and recommendations, discussions on establishing standards for decent work in the platform economy, promoting gender equality in the workplace, and reviewing other issues included in the conference agenda.
