On September 16, the next meeting of the Board of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation was held.

During the meeting, discussions took place regarding the operational principles of the Azerbaijan Arbitration Center to be established within the Confederation, participation in the upcoming COP29 event, and other pressing issues.

Kamal Mammadzade, director of De Novo Company, gave a presentation on the benefits the Azerbaijan Arbitration Center would bring to the national economy as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism, the selection process of arbitrators, and the stages of establishing activities in this field. He also answered questions from entrepreneurs and clarified principles of cooperation, especially with foreign arbitrators.

It is worth noting that the executive team of “Cahan Group of Companies” also attended the meeting.
