The “Towards Development” Public Union for Social Assistance and Legal Awareness for Underprivileged Families operates with the aim of supporting low-income families, war veterans, and families of martyrs, as well as contributing to the resolution of their social issues.

Vugar Abbasov, the founder of “Cahan Group of Companies,” also took part in a support and legal awareness event organized by the union.
