New Residential Complex in Nakhchivan City

Construction sector, operating within the Cahan Holding Commercial Companies Union, has successfully commenced the construction of residential complexes in Baku and Nakhchivan and has managed to deliver them for residents’ use within a short period.

Cahan Industrial Complex

We are bringing all our industrial facilities together to establish a modern Industrial Complex. One of the new projects of the Cahan Holding Commercial Companies Union is the Cahan Industrial Complex. The project is being implemented by the Housing Construction Department of Cahan İnşaat LLC. According to the project plan, the Cahan Industrial Complex will include Cahan Holding’s administrative office in Nakhchivan city, as well as food and industrial production facilities

Shahbuz City Water Treatment Facilities Complex

One of the projects of the Cahan Holding Commercial Companies Union is the Shahbuz City Water Treatment Facilities Complex. The project is being implemented by the Water and Sewerage Line Construction and Installation Department of Cahan İnşaat LLC. The equipment installed in the complex has been imported from Turkey and Spain. These systems have been assembled and commissioned by both local and international specialists.

“Əyləncə Adası” (Entertainment Island)

In addition to operating factories and plants producing food products and construction materials, the Cahan Holding Companies Union has also successfully established new service sectors. One such achievement is the “Entertainment Island”, launched in 2014, where comprehensive conditions have been created to provide exemplary service to the public. The three-story shopping center, including a basement level, has been built in a modern architectural style. In addition to locally produced goods, products from the United States, Germany, Turkey, Italy, Japan, and South Korea are also available for sale.

Nakhchivanchay Bridge

The Nakhchivanchay Bridge, restored and renovated by the Housing Construction Department of Cahan İnşaat LLC, adds a unique beauty to our city. As part of the project, cleaning and landscaping work was carried out around the bridge, and sidewalks were restored to ensure safe and comfortable pedestrian access. The restoration and repair works involved the use of Italian-made paint, stainless steel cables, and facing stones produced in Baku. A new, modern lighting system was installed on the bridge, contributing to the city’s aesthetic appeal.

REGES Park Residence - White City

Reges Park Residence is a premium residential complex located in the prestigious White City area of Baku. The project was constructed between 2017 and 2018 and is already in operation. Its address is 36 Central Boulevard Street, Nobel Avenue. Comprising a 7-story building, the complex stands out with its spacious apartment layouts, modern architectural style, and comfortable living conditions. The apartments feature centralized air conditioning, combi heating systems, large windows, balconies, and high-quality interior design. The area includes a children’s playground, green spaces, parking, and other social infrastructure facilities. Reges Park Residence is conveniently located near major city landmarks such as the Heydar Aliyev Center, Luna Park, Yuva Zoo, and Mini Venice.

Gənclər şəhəri 2 (Youth Residential Complex)

The “Gənclər Şəhərciyi” (Youth Residential) project is a large-scale residential complex implemented in Nakhchivan city by CAHAN İNŞAAT LLC. The main goal of the project was to improve the living conditions of young families by providing them with a safe and comfortable environment. A total of 456–506 apartments have been constructed within the complex. The apartments are spacious, well-lit, and designed in accordance with modern standards. The project was financially supported by the Entrepreneurs Fund, which allocated a total of 3 million AZN in concessional loans. Local materials were used in the construction process, and all work was carried out in line with high-quality and technological standards.

Gənclər şəhəri 3 (Youth Residential Complex)

Gənclər Şəhərciyi 3 is a modern residential complex implemented in Nakhchivan city by Cahan Holding. The aim of the project is to provide young families with safe, comfortable housing enriched with social infrastructure. The foundation of the project was laid in 2019, and a multi-story residential complex was constructed. The complex consists of a total of 456 apartments, offered in various sizes and layouts — including one-, two-, three-, and four-room units. The project was financed in part through a concessional loan of 3 million AZN provided by the Entrepreneurs Fund. A portion of the apartments was offered to young families under mortgage terms.
