Cahan Holding was founded.

"Cahan Pen" LLC and the "Cahan Pen" sales division, the Door and Window production unit, "Cahan Tobacco" LLC, "Cahan Tea" LLC, and the Nakhchivan Automobile Plant have commenced operations.

Within the structure of Cahan Industrial Complex JSC, the Construction Market Division has been established. Cahan Pen LLC was awarded the “Business Success Award” as a result of its successful operations in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The Panel Radiator and Roofing Materials Plant has commenced operations. Cahan Holding Commercial Companies Union was honored with the prestigious titles of “Holding of the Year” and “Brand of the Year.”

The Cahan Radiator sales division has been established. In July, the official dealer of Hyundai, Cahan Motors, began operations in Nakhchivan. As the official dealer of Castrol, Cahan Motors has started the sale of Castrol products.

Cigars began operations in 2010. The company primarily sells premium tobacco products and aims to provide customers with high-quality goods in this field. As one of the projects reflecting Cahan Holding’s professional approach to the tobacco industry, Cigars has become a trusted and distinguished brand over the years.

Cahan Red-2 LLC ranked first in Red Bull sales among 65 countries worldwide. The marketing operations of Cahan Holding Commercial Companies Union, which has been active since 1995, began operating under the name Cahan Ticarət LLC.

The “Youth City” project was launched in 2014. The “Youth City” project is one of the major residential and development initiatives, distinguished by its grand scale and modern approach.

Repair and restoration works were carried out on the Nakhchivanchay Bridge, enhancing its appearance and aesthetics, and it has been reopened for use. The unique “Park Cafe” project, which will serve the residents of Nakhchivan, has been launched. The “Entertainment Island” has commenced operations.

“Banu Wedding Palace” began operations in 2017. Known for its modern design and spacious, tasteful interior, it is an ideal venue for hosting weddings, engagements, birthdays, and other special events at a high standard. Since its opening, it has prioritized customer satisfaction by providing quality service.

The “Ümid 1” residential complex, initiated by Cahan Əmlak LLC in 2019, offered 132 apartments and 1 store for sale. It was successfully completed in 2021 and handed over to residents. The project was planned in accordance with urban infrastructure and built following high-quality construction standards, meeting modern living requirements

Magna İnşaat LLC began operations on January 16. Viza-PB has been operating since April 3. The company prioritizes efficiency and customer satisfaction while undertaking projects in various fields.

The “Ümid 2” residential complex project, implemented by Cahan Əmlak LLC, was launched in 2021 and successfully completed in 2025. Located in Nakhchivan city, the project includes the sale of a total of 192 apartments and 46 stores. Designed with aesthetic architecture and functional planning, the project prioritizes the comfort and safety of its residents.
