Youth Residential Complex 3 is a modern housing project implemented by Cahan Holding in Nakhchivan city, aimed at providing safe, comfortable, and socially integrated living conditions for young families.

The foundation of the project was laid in 2019, and the complex consists of multi-storey residential buildings. In total, the complex includes 456 apartments of various sizes and layouts, including one-, two-, three-, and four-room units.

The project was financed with a concessional loan of 3 million AZN allocated by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund. A portion of the apartments was offered to young families under mortgage terms.
