Cahan İnşaat LLC – Housing Projects Focused on Youth Having successfully completed its first project, the Ümid Residential Complex, in 2020, Cahan İnşaat LLC is currently constructing seven 9-story buildings. The Nakhchivan Mortgage Fund JSC plays a significant role in providing apartments to young families, with 32 families having become homeowners so far this year.
