Cahan Tea LLC has been operating since 2006. The factory’s opening ceremony was attended by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. The company initially started production by packaging tea in 100g, 250g, and 500g boxes under the brand names Araz, Əlincə, Eleqant, and later Tudor.
The company has a monthly production and packaging capacity of 20-25 tons of tea and 80-100 tons of sugar and granulated sugar. In 2021, our factory moved to a new building that meets modern standards, and the equipment and production lines were upgraded. Our goal is to produce competitive products and meet the domestic market demand with locally made goods.
The company packages four types of “Ceylon” tea. Tea products are offered in various weights and formats — both in bulk and in 2-gram individual-use sachets. With a daily production capacity reaching 5 tons, the facility produces a wide range of products.
The company is also engaged in the collection, processing, and packaging of medicinally important natural herbs grown in the Nakhchivan region. These herbs are used to prepare tea blends, which are offered to consumers in various sized packages.

The raw material for the tea we produce has been sourced for many years from Akbar Brother LTD, a trusted partner. For several years, tea under the Akbar brand was packaged and produced by our company in 100g, 250g, and 500g boxes.
