On October 30, the “Professions of the Future” Summit was held for the first time in Nakhchivan, organized by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Vice President of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation, Chairman of the Board of the Nakhchivan Entrepreneurs Confederation, and founder of “Cahan Şirkətlər Qrupu” LLC, Vugar Abbasov, participated in the summit. In his speech, Vugar Abbasov emphasized that the professions of the future are not merely a human resource for the private sector, but stand at the core of companies’ innovation-oriented strategies.

On October 31, as part of his visit to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, Anar Aliyev, visited “ENNA” LLC. The founder of “Cahan Şirkətlər Qrupu” LLC, Vugar Abbasov, and the Executive Director of “ENNA” LLC, Ruslan Alimardanov, provided the minister with information about the enterprise. It should be noted that, within the framework of cooperation between the Labour Inspection Service and the Occupational Safety Center under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and “ENNA” LLC owned by “Cahan Şirkətlər Qrupu,” measures were taken to create an exemplary working environment.

The enterprise has ensured a high level of compliance with occupational safety norms and regulations, implementation of national standards, employee safety training, and management of industrial risks. The enterprise has been awarded the status of “Model Enterprise in the Field of Occupational Safety,” the first such recognition in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Following the familiarization with the enterprise, a review was conducted of the “Maple X3 Pro” vehicle manufactured by the Nakhchivan Automobile Plant, which is part of “Cahan Şirkətlər Qrupu.”
