The primary goal of the project is to provide young families with a safe and comfortable living environment while enhancing their social welfare. The complex includes the construction of apartments ranging from 456 to 506 units. These apartments are designed to meet modern standards, offering spacious and well-lit living spaces.

The project was implemented with financial support from the Entrepreneurs’ Fund, which provided a concessional loan of 3 million AZN. During construction, mainly locally produced materials were used, and all works were carried out in accordance with high technological and quality standards.
