Cahan Əmlak ( Cahan Real Estate)

Cahan Əmlak was established in 2013. The company primarily carries out the sale of residential and non-residential properties, as well as the provision of utility services in residential areas. Since its establishment, the company has secured a significant position in the region by implementing modern and high-quality projects.

Over the course of its operations, the company has successfully completed the sale of three major projects.

The first project — the “Cahan Youth Town” residential complex located on Əziz Əliyev Street in Nakhchivan city — was delivered in 2016.

The second project — the “Umid74-1” residential complex — was launched for sale in 2019 and successfully completed in 2021.

Work on the third project, the “Umid74-2” residential complex, began in 2021 and was completed in 2025.

Large-scale sales were carried out within the framework of these projects.
Under the “Cahan Youth Town” project, 456 apartments and 53 retail units were sold; under the “Umid74-1” project, 132 apartments and 1 retail unit were sold; and under the “Umid74-2” project, 192 apartments and 46 retail units were sold.
These projects were equipped with modern infrastructure to ensure comfortable and safe living conditions for residents.

Cahan Əmlak responsibly continues its activities aimed at ensuring the well-being of citizens in the delivered residential and non-residential properties.
The company has also undertaken the provision of utility services.
Its esteemed partners include Cahan Holding LLC, Cahan-İnşaat LLC, and Umid-74 Housing Construction Cooperative.
